新入职农村基层青年公务员迫切需要进行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装。针对当前基层理论武装工作中存在的问题，探索提升基层青年公务员理论素养和思想政治觉悟的有效途径很有必要。理论学习应与基层实际工作相结合，倡导互动式、讨论式学习模式来激发学习兴趣，提升理论武装的实效性，这对于增强基层青年公务员解决实际问题的能力、提升基层治理水平与管理效能、促进基层工作创新具有积极意义。

Newly-hired rural grassroots young civil servants urgently need to be armed with Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In view of the existing problems in the current theoretical armament work at the grassroots level, it is necessary to explore effective ways to enhance the theoretical literacy and ideological and political awareness of young civil servants at the grassroots level. Theoretical study should be combined with the actual work at the grassroots level, while interactive and discussion-based learning models should be advocated to stimulate learning interest and improve the effectiveness of theoretical armament. This is of positive significance for enhancing the ability of young civil servants at the grassroots level to solve practical problems, improving the level of grassroots governance and management efficiency, and promoting innovation in grassroots work.
