2016年至今,习近平总书记曾两次来到龙江视察,为龙江全面振兴指明方向,并多次强调"工业是我国经济发展主要支柱,制造业是我国工业经济发展的主战场"。2019年9月16日,黑龙江省省委书记张庆伟深入大庆走访调研中提出大庆要坚持工业强市发展战略,走出转型发展全面振兴新道路。大庆要依托固有产业基础和自身特色优势,在十四五时期把握机遇,对自身发展找准定位、抢占先机,持续推动壮大接续性产业,坚持以创新带动产业发展,走出大庆工业经济高质量发展新路子。

Since 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited Longjiang twice, pointing out the direction for the comprehensive revitalization of Longjiang, and has repeatedly emphasized that "industry is the main pillar of my country's economic development, and manufacturing is the main battlefield of my country's industrial economic development." On September 16, 2019, Zhang Qingwei, Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, visited and investigated Daqing and proposed that Daqing adhere to the development strategy of a strong industrial city and embark on a new path of transformation, development and comprehensive revitalization. Relying on its inherent industrial base and its unique advantages, Daqing should seize the opportunities in the 14th Five-Year-Plan period, find its own position and gain the initiative for its own development, continue to promote the growth of continuous industries, persist in promoting industrial development through innovation, and go out of the new way of high-quality development of Daqing industrial's economy.
